South Bank cinemas has partnered up with SECURE PARKING to offer cinema patrons a great parking deal.
Weekdays if you park before 4pm you will receive $5 parking for 4 hrs
Weeknights if you park after 4pm, Weekends & public holidays you will receive parking for a flat rate of $3.
SECURE PARKING is located just a short walk from the cinemas opposite the convention centre. Entrances are available on both Cordelia and Merivale St.
Your parking ticket must be validated at our ticket box as you leave the cinema complex to receive the discount.
Parking is also available directly beneath the cinema. This parking is free up to a maximum time of four hours when you see a film in its entirety. If you exceed this time limit, a charge starting at $35 will apply.

- Movie ticket bookings close 35mins before the session commences.
- Cinemas are a cash only facility.
- Only gift vouchers purchased via the web site can be used to book online. All others need to be exchanged at the cinema for tickets.
- Movies rated MA15+ or R18+ - please bring your ID with you. No ID = No Entry
NOTE: In a joint initiative with the Queensland Police and the Brisbane school district, movie tickets will be made unavailable to school students between the hours of 9:00am & 3:20pm, Monday to Friday (excl: public and school holidays). Exemption will only exist in instances where the student can provide legitimate evidence of parental consent, or written permission from the appropriate school authority. This is just one of many ways in which we are working with our community to create proactive and socially responsible strategies aimed at keeping kids safe and educationally oriented.
