At cineplex.com.au we are dedicated to providing our customers with a first class cinema experience and we are constantly looking for ways to improve our service. We welcome your questions or comments and encourage you to provide us with some feedback.
Our phones are answered from 20 minutes prior to the first morning session up until 10 minutes after the last session starts. Our phone numbers are:

Please note:
- Sessions are displayed on the website as soon as the times are confirmed which is generally on Wednesday evenings. Please do not send emails requesting times for movies/days that are not listed as we will not be able to help you. This means you cannot book for movies that are not listed.
- Please name the cinema you are requiring. For example, saying you left a jumper in cinema 1 yesterday does not help as we have 4 lots of cinema 1. You need to state that it was at .......
- This service does not give an instant reply. Please allow up to 3 days for a response
- Please phone the cinema you wish to attend if you are wanting to know about available seating for a particular session eg If Harry Potter has sold out at 12pm.
- Please do not send emails requesting employment information or emailing resumes. We only accept resumes over the counter at the ticket box. We receive many applications per day with only a few positions ever available.
- We only reply via e-mail. We do not make return calls responding to an enquiry. Please phone one of the cinemas should you need to speak to someone first.
